HIRING POLICY
Mirs International's policy mandates that the HR department selects the most suitable candidate for vacant positions based on job descriptions, without any discrimination based on gender. All applicants are evaluated solely on merit, considering qualifications and job requirements. Additionally, the HR department utilizes all available channels for employee recruitment.
DISCIPLINARY POLICY
Mirs International supports a progressive discipline approach to ensure fair treatment of employees. The company provides employees with prior warnings regarding misconduct or performance issues to allow them an opportunity to improve. Disciplinary actions may include verbal warnings, written reprimands, suspension, or dismissal, depending on the severity of the behavior.
PROBATION AND CONFIRMATION POLICY
New hires at Mirs International undergo a probationary period of 2-3 months, extendable up to an additional three months based on performance. Upon successful completion of probation, employees become permanent and are eligible for all benefits applicable to their position.
CHILD LABOR POLICY
Mirs International adheres to policies aligned with ILO conventions 138 and 182, ratified by the Pakistani government. These conventions prohibit the employment of children aged 15 or younger in any capacity within the factory, workplaces, or manufacturing processes.
