Q: How do you regulate the production quality?

A: Our excellent quality assurance system keeps the quality high and assures that every product produced in the plant meets the highest international standards.

Q: Do you have any design ideas you could provide us?

A: Yes, we have a skilled design staff that can assist you with their innovative design concepts and expertise.

Q: What about barcodes, if applicable?

A: If necessary, we can add barcodes.

Q: How long does the production take?

A: Depending on how many items are ordered, production typically takes 30 to 60 days.

Q: How long do the samples require?

A: The shipping of samples typically takes 7 to 10 days.

Q: What are your terms for payment?

A: Flexible, open to discussion – Normally, we require 50% in advance and 50% before the shipping (including freight), approved after viewing the shipment’s videos and images. We also work with Cash Against Documents (CAD) and Letters of Credit (L/C) (30–50% Advance & 50–70% Remaining). Payment Terms may also be discussed.
