FIRE SAFETY

MIR’S STAFF HAS THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING TO DEAL WITH FIREFIGHTING.

In any workplace, fire safety is a paramount concern. Their potential impacts are reduced due to effective measures. Mirs prioritize fire safety in case of disasters and respond quickly in emergencies. We’ve had multiple training sessions with ‘RESCUE 1122’ for our workers and official staff to create awareness about different disasters and how to deal with them.

We routinely check the workplace for any potential fire hazards and take preventive measures such as removing any garment waste material, avoiding power sockets overloading and removing any flammable liquid from the workplace.

We create awareness among the workers about the emergency procedures and develop a plan with them for fire safety response. Ensuring that our employees have a safe working environment requires work upfront, but the savings related to time and productivity are worth the investment.

We have fire extinguishers and trained staff that can deal with any life-threatening situation. Firstly, properly functioning fire detection and alarm systems should be in place. Smoke detectors, heat sensors, and fire alarms are regularly inspected and maintained at Mirs manufacturing and office premises.

Additionally, every building has well-maintained fire extinguishers. Exit routes have been pasted on walls to ensure a swift and safe evacuation in a fire situation. Training sessions to cope with the unusual are familiar at Mirs. Electrical systems are regularly inspected to identify any fire hazards due to faulty wiring.

Lastly, Mirs is always concerned with a comprehensive approach to fire safety, including prevention, detection, and preparedness.
