MIR’S INTERNATIONAL CONSIDERS GOING GREEN AS A PART OF ITS BUSINESS PLAN. 

We, as a  manufacturing business unit, are committed to implementing a “Going Green” strategy. Procurement practices at Mirs prioritize welcoming eco-friendly materials for environment-friendly products. We have encouraged sustainable resources to adopt green manufacturing. Mirs are focused on having concern for our environmental responsibilities. We recognize the importance of eco-friendly practices for sustainability.

Furthermore, employee participation is a prominent element in every strategic implementation. The involvement of the workforce in sustainability initiatives fosters a culture of environmental responsibility.

UN AGENDA FOR SUSTAINABILITY

The UN study on climate change is a red flag for humanity. Following are a few significant findings from the report:

-There is no doubt that human activity has warmed the climate, oceans, and land.

-Global surface temperatures will rise until at least the mid-century.

-Global warming will exceed 1.5°C to 2°C till the twenty-first century unless CO2 emissions has drastically reduced.

-Heatwaves may become stronger and more frequent. Continued global warming will accelerate the global water cycle, causing sea levels to rise.

Last but not least, We are acutely aware of the hazards and threats of climate change, so we began taking the initiative on our own by planting trees not just in our workstations but also throughout the city.
